Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of agentworx.app and participation in the AgentWorx waitlist or early access communications. By using the site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms.

AgentWorx is currently a private beta product. Features, availability, pricing, and access criteria may change before general availability.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, delivery of any feature, specific launch timing, or continued availability of the service.

We may contact waitlist members for onboarding, feedback, product updates, and related communications. You may ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.

You may not use AgentWorx or the website to violate laws, attack systems, abuse infrastructure, scrape or spam the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content.

When future agent execution features are made available, you will be responsible for prompts, tools, credentials, data, outputs, and workflows you configure or run through the service.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, private beta, early access, and waitlist features are provided as-is and may be modified, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued.

Do not rely on early access features for mission-critical production workloads without a separate agreement and appropriate operational review.

AgentWorx, the website, product design, branding, and platform materials are owned by AgentWorx or its licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law or an applicable open-source license.

You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the service.

The site and early access materials are provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentWorx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or the private beta service.

We may update these Terms as AgentWorx evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
