AgentWorx is a private beta AI agent orchestration platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through agentworx.app, including the waitlist form.

This page is provided for transparency while the product is in early access. We may update it as AgentWorx adds accounts, dashboards, billing, integrations, and additional services.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We may also receive basic technical information such as request timestamps, IP-derived security signals, browser user agent, and server logs needed to operate and protect the site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the waitlist form. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, private credentials, or confidential business data through the public waitlist form.

We use waitlist information to contact you about AgentWorx early access, product updates, onboarding opportunities, and related service announcements.

We use operational logs and security signals to keep the site available, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

We do not sell waitlist email addresses. We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email, security, or support providers only as needed to run AgentWorx.

AgentWorx is currently operated on self-hosted infrastructure with services such as Coolify, PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare-facing routing. These providers may process technical data as part of normal site delivery and security operations.

We keep waitlist information while AgentWorx is in development and while it remains useful for early access communications. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect waitlist data, including environment-based secret management and non-public database access. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

If you believe you found a security issue, please report it responsibly and avoid accessing or disclosing data that does not belong to you.

We may update this Privacy Policy as AgentWorx evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
